This policy applies to United States orders for hydration bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, accessories, and bundles. Orders are normally prepared in about 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after carrier pickup is 3–5 business days, but that timing is not guaranteed.
Free-shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Customers must provide a correct street address, email, and phone number. Tracking is supplied when the carrier makes it available.
For a delayed, lost, delivered-but-missing, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number and checkout email. We may ask for tracking details, packaging photographs, or video while the carrier record is reviewed. Product, destination, and carrier restrictions may apply.
